City Index Review: City index is very much if not the same as Finspreads. If I am not wrong City Index have merger with Finspreads and have a very similar platforms. City index is good and easy to use.

City Index Review: I am trading with City Index broker for one month. The commission changed from 7 USD to 19.5 USD without notice. I am not sure whether 7USD was a discounted introductory charge or it changed for every one.
